How to use: SVG to PNG / JPG Converter
Convert SVG files to PNG or JPG at the size you need (1x, 2x, 4x or a custom width), in batches, right in your browser with no upload. Everything happens inside your browser on your own device. Your files, numbers and text are never uploaded, there are no accounts, cookies or trackers, and closing the tab removes the data.
Common uses
- Turning an SVG logo into a PNG for WhatsApp, Word or a social media profile
- Exporting icons at 2x or 4x for sharp display on phones
- Making a JPG with a white background for a portal or printer that does not accept SVG
Step by step
- Choose one or more SVG files, or drag them onto the page.
- Pick the format and size, plus background colour and quality for JPG.
- Press Convert, then download each image or a ZIP of all of them.
Worked example
For example, a 120×40 SVG logo converted at 4x gives a 480×160 PNG with a transparent background. Choose JPG instead and the same logo is placed on white, or on any colour you pick.
Tips for better results
Start from the best original you have: a sharper, well-lit photo gives better results after compressing, resizing or cropping. Keep a copy of the original, because every lossy save removes a little detail. When you finish, you can send the result straight to another image tool with the Next buttons, without downloading and re-selecting the file. The page is designed for phones first, so it works on a 375-pixel screen as well as on a desktop.
Good to know
JPG is best for photos and gives the smallest files, PNG keeps sharp edges and transparency, and WEBP is a modern format that is small but not accepted everywhere. Size limits on official portals are usually given in KB, while print sizes are given in mm, cm or inches at a DPI such as 300. If a portal rejects a file, check both the file size and the pixel dimensions, and look at whether it needs a plain white background.
Why a browser-based tool?
Many online tools upload whatever you give them to a remote server, process it there and send it back. That is slower on a weak mobile connection and means a copy of your document, photo or figures sits on someone else’s computer. Free Adawat works differently: the code is downloaded once, then the work happens on your phone or computer. That keeps personal papers such as passports, visas, salary slips and contracts private, and it also means there is no queue, no file count limit and no waiting for a download link.

FAQ
Is transparency kept?
Yes for PNG, the transparent background stays. JPG has no transparency, so it is filled with the background colour you choose (white by default).
Do scripts inside the SVG run?
No. Scripts, on* event attributes and external links are removed before rendering, and the image is drawn through an image element and a canvas on your device only.
Is SVG to PNG / JPG Converter free?
Yes. It is completely free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit. The only limit is your device memory for very large files.
Are my files or data uploaded?
No. All processing happens in your browser on your device. Nothing you enter or select is sent to a server.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It works in modern mobile browsers on Android and iPhone, and on tablets and computers.
Does it work without internet?
Once the page has fully loaded, the tool runs on your device, so it keeps working if the connection drops. Pages you have visited before can often open offline too.
